Welcome to a project that started off as sketches on paper and evolved into a magnificant work of art. This
property is located at the Elissagaray Ranch sub-division of the Bordeaux estates in Tracy, CA. The project
was an interesting one; not only due to its size, but also with regards to creativity and technical complexity. We start
off with the front of the house that features an elegant walk way that incorporates stamped concrete as well as
integrated granite tiles.
The clients came to us with a fairly good idea of the concepts they were after, and it didn't take too
long after a design consultation to nail down what we were aiming for. As you can see there's a Mediterranean feel to it
with some specific Spanish accents to the overall theme. The right outer perimeter has a soft path which leads to an arbor;
perfect for a short stroll to enjoy the sun setting down. The other clear focal point is the pool located at the far left, this layout
preserves the inner space of the yard allowing for kids to play on the grass.
