The process for large projects begins after contacting Sosa Landscape with an initial consultation where one of our consultants comes out to take a look at your property, make measurements, and capture the essence of what you are trying to accomplish. While at the same time providing the options and choices to consider. At this time we'll also provide you with an estimated possible start date, and project length. We'll then take this information and within a day or two contact you with a preliminary price, plus additional ideas we felt would achieve your goals. If you're still interested, we'll have a follow up meeting to arrive at a final design and agreement. With a deposit of $1000, and contract signed, we can begin work. Of course things can change midstream, and adjustments can be made accordingly during the process. Once the work is complete, and requirements have been met, there is a sign-off that officially makes your project complete. We guarantee all work for one season, and if there are any problems with our workmanship, we will take care of it.
